Cowboys sign marketing deal with Yokohama
The Cowboys now have a tire sponsorship deal.
Yokohama Tire Corporation and the Dallas Cowboys have agreed to a one year deal that will see Yokohama signage displayed at the Cowboys stadium.
The deal will provide Yokohama with numerous sponsorship opportunities, including:
– Pre, post, and in-game spots on the Cowboys radio station, in game announcements and hospitality opportunities
– displays on the Cowboys traveling museum tour truck
The one year sponsorship deal is already drawing excitement from Yokohama’s president,
“We’ve had great success the last few seasons with our sports marketing programs,” says Dan King, Yokohama vice president, sales and marketing.
“Our sponsorship agreement is going to generate excitement, foot traffic and sales for our dealers. These types of sports sponsorship programs offer far-reaching brand visibility and are a great avenue to promote our line-up of tires.”
The deal with the Cowboys is not Yokohama’s first venture into the world of sports sponsorship. They also have sponsorship deals with the LA Angels of Anaheim in Major League Baseball, and the Boston Celtics and San Antonio Spurs of the NBA.
