I always look upto Jason Garret for his contribution to the game. Now since he has been coach of the Cowboys .i am sure they will perform much better

Agreed. Garrett is already the head coach so why would he need to go elsewhere. He had to do the interview thing to force Jones’ hand and make it all unofficially official.
