My “Pay Per Post” Post
Alright, I know this post isn’t in the usual vein of sports business, but I figured that I would take one post off, once I got past post 100.
So, with my “post-off” I’ve decided to blog about Pay Per Post, in part, because I’ve signed up for the program. Pay per post seems like a decent enough program; it pays bloggers for posts about web sites, products, and services that us bloggers drive traffic towards on a daily basis. I would definitely suggest going over and checking out the website (www.payperpost.com) if you’re interested. I’ve looked through some of the opportunities (you choose which “jobs” you want to blog about by looking through the job listing) and, while it doesn’t look like there are a plethora of sports blogging opportunities, if I do see a product that I can credibly talk about, then I’ll drop a post in here-and-there, and hopefully make some money on the side. According to the site, some bloggers have actually made thousands of dollars. And, why I doubt I’ll be in the “pay per post” hall of fame, I have to say that the site definitely looks like a viable option to make some money on the side (these websites don’t pay for themselves, you know?).
So, if any of this sounded interesting to you, then I would suggest giving pay per post a try. Especially if you’re a tech or shopping blog, or somebody that does product comparisons…why not get paid for stuff you were already going to write? Go visit http://payperpost.com for more details.
You might want to read this ethics link if you’re thinking about signing up as well:
