To a large percentage of the people that buy those seats it's as much about who else will be there as it is whats going on on the field. This way he makes the celebrities he would probably be comping seats to stakelholders in the franchise. Not to mention the addded star power thats now possible with corporate sponosor and season ticket holder meet and greets and marketing campaigns.
