StubHub has added yet another ACC athletic program to its partnership roster. They recently agreed to a deal with Clemson Athletics to become the Official Fan-to-Fan Ticket Marketplace for the University.

“StubHub is glad to partner with Clemson University as we expand within the Atlantic Coast Conference,” said Danielle Maged, head of StubHub partnerships and business development, “We are bringing the ultimate in convenience and customer service to their fans. Plus, the enhanced technology options will streamline and simplify buying and selling tickets to all Tiger sporting events.”

Through StubHub’s partnership with Paciolan, a company that focuses on ticketing and marketing for collegiate athletics, Clemson fans will be able to buy and print tickets online and print them at home — which of course, is being marketed as a stress-free purchasing process for fans. Starting in 2012, the partnership will also allow StubHub to place marketing materials at various places throughout the Clemson University campus, including Memorial Stadium, Littlejohn Coliseum, radio live reads, in-game promotions, and various social media elements.

“Clemson University is proud to partner with StubHub and Paciolan to provide Tiger fans with a ticketing platform that has a long track record of secure transactions,” said Clemson Assistant Athletic Director of Ticket Operations, Travis Furbee. “We’re confident that this partnership will provide the entire Clemson community with a trusted destination for both buying and selling Tiger tickets.”

Clemson University marks the 19th NCAA property that has partnered with StubHub, and the fifth university to partner with both StubHub and Paciolan.
