I would have been more impressed if, as the Penn State mascot, he had proposed a plan of succession to replace Joe Paterno as the Nittany Lion HC. It seems more likely the Big Ten Network will get on Comcast before Joe finally agrees to step down and let Penn State move forward with a new man at the helm...and therefore a new prospective for potential top-notch recruits to consider when considering where they want to play football. I am convinced Joe has lost his share of recruits over the years, especially on the offensive side of the football, because he's just so...so...Joe.
