The Justice Department has asked the NCAA to further examine the validity of the BCS system, under the belief that the system may possibly violate anti-trust law. While that’s a positive for those looking to eliminate the BCS, it certainly does not mean we are on the way to a college football playoff.

BCS Executives and Bowl Directors make up the narcissistic clan praising the system paying their six-figure salary, while neglecting the wishes of college football fans, disregarding the financial burden placed on teams, and rationalizing stagnant popularity.
