Rawlings Sporting Goods is reporting that they’ve signed an exclusive multi year deal with the National Football League for NFL-branded tailgating products, including tent canopies, grills, and chairs.  The deal, which consolidates the “tailgate rights” landscape, will also include numerous non-exclusive tailgate products such as coolers, stadium seats, and footballs.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Jarden Sports Licensing, which owns the St. Louis based Rawlings, will manage the deal.

Said manager of licensing and business development for JSL, Brian Finegan, “Retailers are excited to leverage the immersive value of these iconic brands with their core sports consumer creating a one-stop shop for the ultimate fan.  NFL fans will be able to enjoy the household brands they grew up with and use every day, while continuing to show support for their favorite teams every weekend.”

Jarden also has licensing deals with Major League Baseball, Marvel Entertainment, Mattel, and the National Basketball Association.
